Pricing

The price for the retreat is $685.00 until January 1st, 2010. After January 1st, 2010 the price of the retreat increases to $735.00.

Price includes all retreat events, hand-out materials, tote bag of goodies, and two banquet dinners.

If you're interested in purchasing a banquet ticket for a companion, the rate is $58 per ticket. You can purchase the ticket by adding $58 to your registration fee.

How do I pay for the Retreat?

If you are accepted into the Retreat, a $50 holding fee is required to guarantee your spot and must be received within one week after acceptance or your spot in the Retreat will be released. The holding fee will be credited to your registration fee.

It is not necessary to send in the registration fee until you receive confirmation that you've been accepted into the Pen To Press Writers' Retreat.

Cancellation Policy Requests to cancel must be submitted in writing (mail, fax, or email with confirmation) to Pen to Press Retreats and postmarked on or before March 1, 2010. A $150 processing fee will be charged, and a refund will be sent to you within six weeks after the cancellation request. No refunds will be given after March 1, 2010. Cancellations after March 1, 2010 will be charged a 40% processing fee with the remaining balance being applied to future retreats.
